This residential pool and spa in Portlock, Oahu, required extensive restoration due to deteriorating plaster, plumbing leaks, broken pool equipment, and a nonfunctional water feature.

Our team removed the corroded pool plaster, installed new plumbing and electrical systems throughout, and upgraded the pool with new glass waterline tile and interior ceramic tile. We also resurfaced and restored the water feature, remodeled the spa, and restored the surrounding travertine deck.

The completed project transformed a deteriorating, partially nonfunctional pool and spa into a refreshed outdoor space with restored functionality and a beautiful new finish.
